Our terms of services are simply

1) No one who does not need to see your contact information, will ever see your contact information. Reasons to reveal your information include order fulfillment, customer support questions, and email marketing if you have explicitly signed up for it.

2. We promise to get your package out within 2-3 days. Email us at support@theneweryork.com if you think there is a problem.

3. If the item you receive is messed up or something, send us an email with a photo and description and we will refund you or send you a new item.
